No Refund Policy
Once payment is made, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, rental customers may choose alternative dates if they are available.
Damage Fees
If a headset is physically damaged or suffers sunlight damage, a fee will be charged to the client's card. The fee for physical or sunlight damage to the headset will be determined once equipment is received.
Late Return Fee
A late return fee of $500 will be charged for each day the equipment is delayed beyond the agreed-upon return date.

Deposit
We require a $650 deposit as a safeguard against lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.
Please note that once you receive the equipment, you will have 12 hours to power it on, inspect it, and report any signs of damage. If no inspection report is submitted within this timeframe, you will be held responsible for any damages identified afterward.
Damages will not exceed the $650 deposit, and deductions will be based on the specific part(s) damaged. The remaining deposit, if any, will be refunded once the equipment is returned and assessed.
